Error z-probe Smart Effektor Duet3D

Hello,
I have installed and connected my Smart effektor.
Unfortunately the internal z-probe is not working properly.
Sometimes it responds and sometimes it doesn't.
I have tried the effektor on another printer in which this is also installed and works. Again, the same problem. I tried it the other way around (i.e. I put the working effector into the printer) and it works as well, so I can exclude wrong wiring and wrong firmware settings. The following error pattern: z-probe goes sometimes and sometimes not (LED) and display in Duet WebControl. But unfortunately only sometimes. It has not even worked properly Z neatly or at all times to start. I write here in the forum to get a code for the purpose of warranty. I bought the effector at Filafarm.de in Germany.Thank you very much

When did you purchase from Filafarm?
Can you check the surface of of the Smart Effector for any scratches?

@Bendecho1991 also please tell is which version Smart Effector it is. The version number is printed on it.

i buy the smart effektor in Dec 2022.
The Surface of the Smart effector has no damage
