Question on Refresh Jobs
-
When I refresh jobs every job in the list is reloaded and it takes longer than it should. Is there a way to refrsh only new or updated jobs? Thanks

Standalone or SBC? What Duet? How fast is the SD card? How long is it taking? Are the job gcode files very large? Do you have thumbnails in the jobs as well?

How long is it actually taking?

Using this load it takes about 25 seconds. The total time is not really the question. The question is, why does it reload all files in the que when I add one new one. I assume that if I only load the new one, and not 5, it will be faster. Thanks

@chrishamm Is this the expected behaviour?

@Phaedrux Yes, it is. Pressing "Refresh" invalidates the file cache and buffered thumbnails, so it may take a while before the full job list is loaded again. I think DWC should automatically update active file lists when something on the SD card changes and I've logged an issue for this on GH: https://github.com/Duet3D/DuetWebControl/issues/476

@chrishamm Thanks for the update.
