Filament sensor after M591 D0 suggests error magnet to strong , any help would be great thank you.
I should add I am running RepRap firmware 3.4.2rc1

I would suggest updating your firmware to 3.4.5.

I'm not sure about magnet too strong. Can you show a photo of your assembly? Is the magnet closer than it should be?
