When the main power supply is connected, there is only the Vin blue light on in the corner of the board and duet web control won't connect. When the board is connected to the mainboard by USB, all the mainboard lights come on and duet web control connects, but the voltage isn't enough to drive the motors. Any ideas what is causing this?
      Thank you

@psots It sounds like the 5V regulator (marked U3 on the board) may have failed, or the 5V jumper is incorrectly placed. Please post a good, clear, high resolution photo of your board.

@psots have you checked the location of the external vs internal 5v jumper? If the board was previously setup to use an external 5v supply, I believe you would see what you're seeing. In this case, you just need to move the jumper. Or the jumper could just be missing.
