      Printing a model with protruding detail does not work well on my setup with 3.5rc1:
      alt text - lots of surface blebs, and while printing, movement is quite jerky.
      The same gcode with 3.4.6 looks fine:

      With input shaping set to "none" on 3.5rc1, the result looks like the 3.4.6 picture. In both cases, the movement on the external loops was smooth and regular.
      I have been using ei3 @30hz 0.1damping. Kossel delta, stand alone duet2wifi ver1.01.

        @Adrian52 the rc1 release applies IS to short moves that earlier releases didn't apply it to. You could try increasing the minimum acceleration parameter in the M593 command to restrict the reduction of acceleration permitted to apply IS.

          @dc42 Thank you - that seems to work. A value of 100 seems to give a nice result on this model.
