      Hi
so everything was fine until I hooked up an ssr i have lying around. It's has an optocoupler on th edge of the board.

So the presummeably the inputs are isolated. THere are two inputs not 1 as one would expect. I So I just picked one and it happened to be labelled + - bed.

Initially i thought i just sent 13v to the cpu but according to my multimeter they're not connected to vin or gnd. However when I switched the bed heater on via the web interface, I shortly lost connection to the board.

now the usb and the web interface isn't responding. I dont get any new devices in device manager. Besides power, I dont get anything.

I'm pretty sure I did install the drivers ages ago. So what do you suggest I do now? I hope I haven't caused futher damage up to the board. God damn it I think murphy hates me. Things always go wrong with my projects. Am not happy! The diagnostic led is always on which I presume isn't a good sign.

So checking the documentation for the external mosfet confirms I have connected it correctly. But

Is there a crystal I check with my scope to confirm if the CPU is dead
