Dead links to dozuki

Hi all,
The first two links on https://docs.duet3d.com/User_manual/Tuning/Triggers
point to the inactive dozuki.

@nikscha Thanks. I've removed the links. All the info from Dozuki was copied into the new page, so there shouldn't be anything missing, it was just to quote the source. You can find the original on the Internet Archive, if you want to look at it, though it is not updated for RRF 3 or Duet 3.
