      Hello,

I have a Duet3 6HC setup in SBC mode running on a RockPi 4 SE for work. I compiled all the necessary software and configuration and run it for a few months.
I switched from 3.5 beta 4 to RC1 about 10 days ago, everything was still smooth and worked perfectly.

I changed yesterday all the components to build a new board and I now have the error message "DCS not started" and "Timeout while waiting for transfer ready pin".

In our setup in the config.json I configured the transfer ready pin to be the GPIO chip 4 pin 29.

I tried using the exact same boards that I used yesterday on a separate setup (only Duet3 6HC and RockPi using the same SD Card) and it doesn't work at all. I have the error messages. I and my team are running out of solution and are very tight on our schedule so we would appreciate any help to solve our problem.

I'd suspect the wiring, or interference. Perhaps @chrishamm has some ideas on the RockPi?

@e4d If you mounted the electronics in a metal box, can you confirm that the enclosure is properly grounded (GND)? You can stop DCS on the RockPi and check via gpiotools (gpioread AFAIR) if the input signal is correctly read once you hook up that line to GND and +3.3V respectively.
