Files present but M997: Firmware binary not found

So, I keep getting this error when trying to set up the firmware for a Duet 3 Mini 5+. I'm confused because this file is in the listed location. All firmware files are exactly where they need to be. Any ideas?

M997: Firmware binary “0:/firmware/Duet3Firmware_Mini5plus.uf2” not found

@wonderra Wonder if this is the same problem I ran into when I tried to update a RRF-36 that also had a .uf2 file. The solution to that one was to create an empty file with the same name ending in.bin.
