I had a failed print due to an errant mouse click on the extrusion factor slider. It would be great to be able to remove this slider. A properly tuned slicer should not require extrusion tweaking anyway.

I also ruined a print by accidentally changing print speed on an iphone.

Perhaps this could be done by a Lock icon next to the sliders. similar to the way MacOS makes you unlock certain features in the control panel.

With most web browsers, (though, not on an iphone IIRC), you can remove elements of a website yourself. In chrome, you can do this by right-clicking on an object and selecting "inspect element."

You can then right click on the highlighted line of HTML, and select "hide element." And the object will disappear until you reload the page (or unhide the element).
