Y axis stutters while moving
-
I have been playing around trying to get each axis to home properly. I finally got the X axis working but the Y axis stutters while moving. I will try to attach a video. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Link to video is at the bottom.

Here are some likely causes:
1. Mechanical issues. Does it always stutter at the same place? With power off, does the Y axis move smoothly if you move it by hand? (Don't move it quickly unless you disconnect the motor from the Duet first.) If you turn the motor spindle by hand, does the bed move easily?
2. Intermittent connection to the Y motor.
3. Faulty driver. If the E1 motor output is free, you can temporarily connect the Y motor to that and put M584 X0 Y4 Z2 E3 in config.g to reassign the driver. The M584 command must come before the M906 command and the M350 command if you have one.

Here are some likely causes:
1. Mechanical issues. Does it always stutter at the same place? It will shutter or stutter the entire length of the Y axis
With power off, does the Y axis move smoothly if you move it by hand? (Don't move it quickly unless you disconnect the motor from the Duet first.) If you turn the motor spindle by hand, does the bed move easily?Yes it seems to move with no issue2. Intermittent connection to the Y motor.I have looked at the wiring and I dont see anything obvious as far as a loose connection
3. Faulty driver. If the E1 motor output is free, you can temporarily connect the Y motor to that and put M584 X0 Y4 Z2 E3 in config.g to reassign the driver. The M584 command must come before the M906 command and the M350 command if you have one.I have tried this hooking it to the E1 location with the same issue, could it be a power issue. Not supplying that motor with enough juice?

Ok swapped wires from X axis to Y axis and problem moved with the wires so checked them all and of course one of my connections wasnt so good. Anyways X and Y work like a charm. Now when i try to home the Z axis I get this error:
Error: Invalid servo index 5 in M280 command
Error: Z probe already triggered at start of probing moveNever mind got it figured out with the BL Touch
BL touch goes through the testing part when I fire up the printer deploying and retracting the probe. Its way up off of the bed so it doesnt trigger to early. Not sure where to go from here.
