Moved endstop wont relocate in software

i have moved the yAxis endstop from

the far end to the font end of the printer and changed the config as follows
M574 X1 Y2 Z1 S1

but when i home Y its still moving to the old endstop place

You need to change homey.g and the Y homing section of homeall.g too. See https://duet3d.com/wiki/Configuring_RepRapFirmware_for_a_Cartesian_printer#Homing_X_and_Y.
