Ill tryed the Delta Autoclibration but ill Stuck.
The Point for Trigger High ill dont understand.
Ill Mount my Probe this here it has a high from 15mm untriggered Switch to Base.
When ill doit like it written here https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Calibrating_a_delta_printer Measuring the trigger height the Print in my case it 0.024.
Now ill Run Auto Calibration, but the Switch never Touchs the Bed also when il do after a G29.
After Calibration Z0 is far away from the Bed

      Whats wrong?

If the switch never touches the bed during probing, do you get a message "Warning: Z probe was not triggered during probing move" on the GCode Console page of DWC? If so then try increasing the H parameter in the M558 command temporarily (e.g. to 40mm) until you have established the correct M665 parameters.

Sounds like your Z probe is mis-configured, miswired or not working. See https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Test_and_calibrate_the_Z_probe.
