Choosing the right steppers

Whats type of nema 23 steppers works best with the drivers on the Duet using 24v ?
I can can choose two types for a big delta build:
- 57BYGH420
Voltage rating: 3.0 V
Current rating: 2.0 A
Resistance: 1.5 Ω ± 10%
Inductance: 2.5 mH ± 20% (1KHz)
6 leads- 23HS22-2804S
Voltage rating: 2.5 V
Current rating: 2.8 A
Resistance: 0.9 Ω ± 10%
Inductance: 2.5 mH ± 20% (1KHz)
4 leadsthanks!

Both are compatible with the Duet. The second one needs a higher current so you will need to cool the Duet with a fan; but it also claims higher holding torque (1.26Nm instead of 0.9Nm). I am surprised at the difference, because both motors are about the same size so their torque should be very similar. The first one is specified at 6W power dissipation per phase, the second one at 7W.
You can use the calculator at reprapfirmware.org to work out the speed at which torque wold start to drop, for each of these motors.
How large will your delta be, and how heavy is the effector? It may be that Nema 17 motors will be sufficient.
