Simluation mode and unhomed axis

@dc42 I saw you added some notes about an upcoming 1.21.1 bugfix release. What I didn't spot yet on that list was that simulating a file doesn't work anymore because of the "unhomed axis" restriction introduced with 1.21.
If it is not too late yet, I would very much appreciate it, if you find some time to fix this as well!

That restriction is present in all firmwares prior to 2.0beta. If you are using a Duet WiFi or Duet Ethernet, you can upgrade to 2.0beta. I'll consider adding this to the 1.21.1 fix list, however it's not a trivial change.
