Tried to upload a 300Mb file from Simplify3d and it killed the Duet, is there a better way to upload it?

Copy it straight to the SD card on a PC?

Copying to an SD card manually defeats the purpose of having onboard WiFi/Ethernet on the controller.

I thnk the issue you are having is probably this one https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Network_disconnections_after_uploading_large_files. If you are already using 64kb cluster size, or if reformatting to 64kb doesn't help, try the 2.0beta2 firmware release.

After I rebooted I deleted the partial upload and tried again and it worked, will keep those in mind in the future though.
