I have recently updated to the 1.21 release and did a brand new configuration as I was on a much older version of the Duet Wifi Firmware.

I am configured as CoreXY from the https://configurator.reprapfirmware.org/

Whenver I make any movement on the Z axis one of the two stepper motors will turn.

      So if I send:

      G1 Z5 F6000 S2

      Motor Z1 moves

      If I send the command (G1 Z5 F6000 S2) again

      Motor Z2 moves

I didn't see anything in the update notes about a new config option I need to set.

      Any help would be appreciated.

I can't think of any changes that would account for that behaviour. My guess is that you have the Z acceleration configured too high in M203, or the Z speed too high in M201, or the Z motor current set too low.
