PID question

Hi,
i have recently changed the heater cartridge and now i want to do the PID autotune.
now my doubt is if i have to put some Gcode in the config.g for the heater.
this is my config.g

M140 H-1						; Disable heated bed

so if i understand i only have to send in DWC the M303 H1 S250 to run the PID autotune, right?
