Filament Load Ability Lost

Running RC5 firmware, and after trying the Cura slicer yesterday I seem to have lost the ability to load filament. Using Cura resulted in a filament jam and since then the filament load popover will never appear. Clicking on the tool toggles active but I never see the popover.

This is believed to be fixed in the 2.0 release.
