      I bought second hand PanelDue adapter.

      Will this panel work with it? I just want to bu sure before ordering it. It looks like it should work.

        It looks compatible to me, the key thing is whether the 40pin connector pinout matches the one in the PanelDue assembly instructions at https://miscsolutions.files.wordpress.com/2014/11/2016-08-26-08-53-49.jpg.
