In the web interface messages that talk about bed levelling appear and disappear too quickly at times. Is there a way to view the information that was displayed after the message cleared? Specifically when I run a probing sequence it tells me the bed level before and after and sometimes I blink and miss it.

The G-Code console tab should provide you with a history of messages.
