run Macro every X layers?

Im trying to figure out how to run a Cleaning Macro script, on the 2nd layer and then every 20 layers after that until print is complete. Im using Simplify 3D and im not sure how to go about this in scripts or using Duet Macros.
Any thoughts?

This could probably accomplished with Simplify3Ds search and replace function. You could find the layers you want and insert a M98 macro call. I'm not intimately familiar with Simplify and the ins and outs of doing it, but I think it's possible.
