      Hello!
Today I built my Z axis! Do I have to set the amps for each motor individually?
If so, how do I do that? If not, can I still do it?

If you use multiple Z motors connected to separate drivers specified using M584, then the Z motor current that you specify in M906 will be applied to all of the Z motor drivers. The M906 command must come after the M584 command.
