Did you do a PID calibration?

problem only nozzle temp, i use e3d thermistor.

Have you read the page on heater faults in the Troubleshooting section of the wiki?

@dc42 I don't understand, sometime the heater keep faulting all day but the next day noting happen. I can print normal for couple days then it happen again. Why?

@sorrajak is they any specific moment when the heater is going fault? Like for example the part cooling fan kicks in.

Also check the PSU voltage. If that drops too low, it could cause the temperature to rise slower than expected. Run M122 to check.

The "Temperature rising too slowly" message normally only happens if you have not run PID tuning for that heater, or you did but you didn't save the results, or you saved them using M500 but you don't have a M501 statement in config.g to load the results from config-override.g.
I observer that your config.g file does not have ay M307 commands in it, neither does it run M501 to load possible saved results form config-override.g. So this explains why you are getting heater faults.
