I use Simplify3D. My start script looks like:

      M140 S[bed1_temperature] T0
      M104 S[extruder0_temperature] T0
G32 ; home all and auto bed level
M116 ; wait for all temps
      T0
M226 ; pause to remove oozing filament

Pause works fine, but I notice every point in the layer statistics graph is 0 seconds. If I comment the M226 line, layer stat graph comes back.

      Copy/paste from my settings page:

Firmware Name: RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet
Firmware Electronics: Duet WiFi 1.02 or later
      Firmware Version: 2.01(RTOS) (2018-07-26b2)
      WiFi Server Version: 1.21
      Web Interface Version: 1.21.2-dc42

Please can you explain exactly what you mean, with an image of the layer stats if possible.
