      I'm trying to update my Paneldue, but after erase and resent windows 10 is telling me "unknown usb device 9devide descriptor request failed)"

      I have downloaded and installed Bossa 1.8 prior connecting the paneldue to my computer. Not really sure how to proceed at this point.

      I have a 7in PanelDue v3

        @jckray I figured it out. micro usb port on the paneldue had been bumped and the solder joint had been broken
