      Hi

I have a delta I am about to take into operation. I have seen an odd behaviour. Distance travelled is correct in Z, but in X and Y seems to be off by a factor of about 1.5 to 1.6. Have I missed something in my config.g?

What is the setup? 1.8 degree steppers? Belt type? Teeth on pulley?

          Yes, 1.8 deg steppers, GT2 belt, 10-tooth-pulleys

            In this command:

M665 R206.6538 L288.32 B110 H494.9 ; set delta radius, diagonal rod length, printable radius and homed height

check that the L parameter is correct. It should be the length of a diagonal rod measured between the bearing centres. When you are sure it is correct, perform 6-factor auto calibration. If you make a large change to the L parameter, temporarily increase the M558 H parameter to a larger value before performing auto calibration, e.g. 20.

              M92 X800 Y800 Z800 ; Set axis steps/mm

Seems really high. Shouldn't it be more like 160 for your setup?

Thanks for your inputs. I was way off on delta radius, all is working now. The M92 is correct with 128 microstepping, btw.
