Duet Wifi strange error : Heater fault
-
yes I have it and keeps giving the same error after 9 minutes
-
Might you be getting a heater fault right at the start of the print? I suggest you start a print and then look very carefully at status of all heaters reported by DWC.
-
i have look verry verry carefully the DWC here is a screen video me i don't see nothing of strange
Screen capture video -
@blulaserstar in that video it clearly shows that you have heater faults on Tool0 and the Bed heater they both read 2000C which is normally a open circuit thermistor on those heater you need to either disable them or correct them I bet you are actually getting the print stop at 9:59 secs.
-
@Dougal1957 nooooooo you aren't say me that the bed heater disconnect make this error????
I don't believe! How do you suggest to disable? by comment the firmware, on config.g?
-
@blulaserstar you can comment out the lines in Config.g but the best way is to fix the thermistors on both the bed and the Tool ) as they are both in error.
-
@dougal1957 i know, but for the moment and for the future i don't want to use the bed and the second extruder! so i prefer to disable a moment in the firmware. On december i think that i'll try to activate the bed and the second extruder.
-
@blulaserstar so comment out the M305 and M143 lines for Ho and H1 should sort you out.
-
@dougal1957 ok really really thanks. I have done:
but i always have the fault problem on the bed!!!!
-
@blulaserstar Use
M140 H-1 ; Disable heated bed
to disable the heated bed. Also you have to comment out the line starting with
M563 P0
that defines your tool 0. Also probably the lines starting withG10 P0
but they should be close to theM563
line. -
@wilriker said in Duet Wifi strange error : Heater fault:
