Does the Smart Effector kit include enough ball studs to add to the carriages? I've read the product page and it only mentions - "We list sets of 6 spare mag balls if you want to have multiple smart effectors for a quick swap." and the documentation does not list studs as a required item. Also, will it work on a 0.8.5 Duet?

As highlighted on thne product page at https://www.duet3d.com/DuetAddons/DeltaSmartEffector the ball studs are not included with the effector and need to be ordered separately.

So to do a complete build you have to buy 2 sets of the ball studs?

That's correct. They are sold in sets of 6 so that people who want to have a quick-change second effector aren't forced to buy 12.

But if you buy a set of Haydn's rod's they usually have 12 studs included!

Yes, but they are not free! We reduced the price of the arms on the website by the price of 12 studs, so the arms alone are £58.00 and 12 studs are £12.00 making £70.00 for the full set, which is what we originally priced it at.
