Need help in setup a cartesian printer
-
Hello,
I need help to understand where is the problem when i do atuocalibration or Mesh grid compensation, i believe th G30 command is the problem or i am not doing something right.
Details:
Home X working good
Home Y working good
Home Z working goodWhen i try to do G30 command printer is behave like is out of limits. Move in X Axis is passing the endstop and the coordinate si set 0,0,0 but in a middle of the one axis, like the absolute coordinate is translated and is out of sync.
my config g is:

@sergiucip said in Need help in setup a cartesian printer:
G30 P0 X0 Y0 Z-99999 ; define 4 points in a clockwise direction around the bed, starting near (0,0)
G30 P1 X160 Y0 Z-99999
G30 P2 X160 Y180 Z-99999
G30 P3 X10 Y180 Z-99999
G30 P4 X100 Y100 Z-99999 S0 ; finally probe bed centre, and calculate compensationThis might not be your problem, but that looks like an anticlockwise pattern, rather than clockwise as required. By convention, (0,0) is the bottom-left hand corner of the bed, and (xMax, yMax) is the top-right corner.
Note that the motion of the nozzle, relative to the bed, is what's needed here. With moving-Y printers, this can be counter-intuitive.

I have a correct bed.g now, behaviore is the same, when i do G29 actually it will go correct until the end,but in the final sequence after the last point is scanned the Y axis pass the end stop parc the head in the middle of X axis and set the coordinate X=0,Y=0 but is not in the origin point (X=0,Y=0)

Few...i find what is wrong...for anybody with this issue you need to delete deployprobe and retract probe.g from sys
Thank for the help

Sounds like somehow you ended up with recent firmware but an old SD card image. In which case, your resume.g file may need to be updated.
