extending the wires from my 600w power supply (24v, 24amp) connected to my duet controller board & expansion board, and I've got some of these connectors sitting around: https://www.mcmaster.com/69295K82 (molex style pin connectors rated for 250v ac, 14amp), would it be safe to run 24v, 25amps (max output, worst case) through them, assuming the wiring is 14gauge stranded?

You should limit the current through them to their 14A rating.
