      Hello all,

      My first post on this site. After reading about others conversion of the TLM I decided to go down the same route. I have to say this forum is packed full of info and it has helped me get up and running, a big thank you. Sadly I am stuck with just two problems and I am sure its simple and connected:

      1. When I home not all of the towers make it to the top, I am not sure why. A second home always fixes this problem but if the printer travels over any distance, its seems to be a little bit off. I don't move fast as a slow functional printer is preferable to a fast non functional one.

      2. When I try and print the printer seems to be set to the wrong Z height, to the point I feel the motors could be skipping steps. I did run the test and as I am using a BLTouch. Just to say I read the wiki and the external post regarding that sensor and how to check and set the height.

      This makes me wonder if I am skipping steps, could be another problem but I am at a loss - being so close to finishing the printer any help would be greatly appreciated. ☺

      Files posted below.

      Best regards,

      Andy

        @Tef9, welcome to the forum!

        Your homing issue is covered in the FAQ page in the Troubleshooting section of the documentation.

        You have the maximum speeds set very high in your M203 command. Try reducing the XYZ maximum speeds to 12000 and see if that fixes the missed steps.

          Hi There,

          Thank you for the reply. Although the speed was set high this was not the issue. The issue lay in the homedelta.g file, I set each axis to 505 instead of 520. All working fine, I have another question, but will post separately. 🙂

          Best.

          Andy
