Hi, I have a pinda2 probe that I would like to use, I know you can compensate for the thermal drift with the bed temperature, but idk how to set it, and am curios if it would be possible to use a spare thermistor port for it

See the S and C parameters in the G31 command, https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/GCode#Section_G31_Set_or_Report_Current_Probe_status. It's not currently possible to use a separate thermistor.
