I updated the firmware to 2.03beta2 (2019-02-16b1) and decided to try the DWC2 and I tried to modify the config folder and ran into a major problem. The contents of the folder are not what I am used to seeing.I have no idea how to modify them.I can't seem to find a config.g folder it only lists a config.json config-override.g and config.g.bak.

In the User Interface settings of DWC2 there is a link to go back to DWC 1.

I already switched back but the entire config.g file was already wiped from the memory card. The printer is still functioning but I am going to have to start from scratch again in order to replace it and be able to modify it in the future.I am not a big fan of DWC 2 the current version seems more streamlined and user friendly but I suspect I am not in the majority when stating that.

Well lesson learned here I guess.

ALWAYS make a backup when you update/upgrade!

Especially when testing out beta and release candidate versions.

I am using a backup as we speak to get up and running again with one issue.I will be starting a thread to figure that out in a few seconds.
