      Hello.
I know that this topic has already been discussed many times on this forum. But my case is a bit different.
I use the duet3D Wifi on my delta printer since few months and compare to the previous smoothie controller, for sure the motors did no noise.
But since yesterday, all the 3 motors have strange continuous noise after the first mouvement.
No setting has been modified, I have just recalibrated my aluminium frame.

Recalibrate my frame did not solve my first issue, now I have 2 issues, so bad 😞

Where could it come from ?

      Thanks

When you say 'recalibrated aluminum frame' what do you mean?

If you changed the way parts are connected or tightened them, the frame could be resonating differently than before which could cause more audible noise.

May be it could be the reason even if I have vibration damper between the frame and the steppers.
But for sure the noise comes from the steppers.

are you using 12v or 24v? tmc stepper motors require above 18v for quiter operation.

              Has your VIN voltage changed?

You're fully right ! It was a resonating issue. I disassembled and assembled again all parts of the 3D printer, and the silence is back 🙂

                  Thank you.
