      Hello,

the "heater fault" function has been my problem since the beginnig.
In many diffrent ways, but that is not the case here.
I know how important it is, but I am experimanting with many diffrent things on my hotend, and with very long printing times, and so often, the heater fault is keep rising my blood pressure.

Is there any way to disable this feature?

      Best regards,
      Paul

There is no facility to disable it, but you can configure the allowed temperature excursion (default 15C) and the length of time that a heater fault must persist to be actioned, both in the M570 command.

also look at M143 - maximum heater temperature... if you print hot plastic default is not enough... i have big trouble with that and thought it is duet board 😞

default maximum is 262°C but in the real life (for me) it seems to be a bit buggy and below 262... so, just set it to maximum of your plastic and add some tolerance on the top of that because hotend has some heat inertia...

If you give us some more information maybe we can work out what's going wrong and solve the root of the issue?
