Fan on at startup?

Firstly thanks to Tony for sorting out my access to this forum!
Why does my fan0 turn on fully whenever I switch on the Duet or after an emergency stop? I have to do an M107 before it will turn off.

I am a newbie to this so my config.g file was largely created with the RepRap Firmware configuration tool and I am slowly working my way through it to correct for my printer (Corexy).

I have other queries but this should test first post works?

S1 in that command means run at full power. Change S1 to S0 and then it won't start up when you start the Duet.
