If I edit any of the system files such as config.g when I then save them back to the printer I usually get...
!Request Timeout
The last HTTP request has timed out etc. etc.I then have to re-connect again - Any ideas why; it's annoying!

Please see https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/WiFi_disconnections_and_AJAX_timeout_errors. In particular, if it's a Duet WiFi, check the reported signal strength.
If you are running DuetWiFiServer version 1.21, then upgrading to 1.22 or 1.23 may help.

I used to get the same thing with my Duet Ethernet. Changing to a fixed IP address fixed it for me.
