      OOh .. I´v got it.

      Meshcompensation seems to work now..

      Own Tronxy X5S modified to 360x360x430, 7 linear-rails (4 Z; 2 Y; 1 X-Axis), 3 independent Z-Axis with 3 Steppers; BL-Touch..
      Duet 2 Wifi 1.04 + DUEX5, 3input-nozzle with 3 extruders, 6mm Glas Plate and 600W silicon-headbed with own powersupply.

        what did you do to solve this error
        Warning: 3/4/5-point bed compensation is deprecated and will be removed in a future firmware release.

          I´ve change my Configuration... like this Betrue3D.dk

          Now it works with 3 Z-Axis and Meshkompensation
          With my eyes.. perfekt!

          If you want my config, let me know.
