Is there a way to only monitor filament run out with the laser sensor?

Just wanted to add a macro that disables all the filament flow monitoring but still pauses printing when it reach the end of the spool. I've had times where the sensor wasn't properly calibrated and gave false stops. I don't always have the time to tune it, so I'd like to at least be able to continue the otherwise good print and still have run out protection with out flow monitoring.

You could do that if you connect a microswitch to the laser filament monitor, that detects absence of filament. the laser filament monitor has a 2-pin connector for this switch.
