        Can you post the results of a M122 diagnostic report from the gcode console of the DWC?

        It looks like maybe your SD card is failing?

          Did it used to work? What firmware versions are you running? The duplicated quotation marks in the error message suggest to me that you may be running recent PanelDue firmware but very old main firmware.
