You have 80 x1/16 microsteps per mm. so each microstep is 0.0125um. It looks like when you reverse direction, it takes 4 microsteps to put enough tension in the belt on the other size of the pulley to overcome friction. Tightening the belt may help, if it's not already tight enough. It's also possible that the belt is slipping on the motor pulley, if it's not a perfect fit.

g1y10 shifts by 10mm then gives g1y10.1 and he goes correctly to 10.1 as he reverses g1y10 he goes in behind at about 10.05 if he then gives g1y9.9 he goes to 9.95 doing correctly 0.1 of step, as he reverses back to g1y10 he still loses 0.05mm from what can it depend?
