    • RE: external inline fuse holder getting warm

5mΩ is absolutely normal for a 15A ATC fuse. A fuse is by its nature a resistor.

They are very different types of connection. You can probably get die sets which would allow one handle to be used, but this is usually the more expensive option.

Preferred cables will be marketed with terms like "High Speed" or "ADSL" or both. This indicates a shielded cable. I used these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B011SS7LYU/

Which is very visibly not at all a shielded cable. There is no point in it being - the connector has no shield, the system it is intended for use in has no shield... If a foil is presented inside there unterminated, it's at best useless, probably harmful..

Cabling required should be nothing more than a common two pair cable and 6P4C connectors.

I switched one of the two endstops to blk GND and red 5V

You placed a dead short across the 5V rail.

    • RE: Duet 2 Wifi fan PWM-0 shorted dead, fuse not blown...

@doctrucker That would be the aforementioned expensive electronic fuse - a MOSFET with rough current sensing.

There are plenty of cheap ones on the market but stretching to 30V substantially reduces options, especially if sourcing from small scale distributors.
