About the usb cable not working, I have to doubt such a thing since the Duet lights are on.

I use Duet 2 Wifi to control my CNC but everytime I change my internet service provider I face a huge problem when trying to configure the Duet via USB.
My MSI laptop runs W10 and when I plug the USB cable to the Duet 2 Wifi motherboard nothing goes right.
1- My laptop does not recognize anything being plugged
2- YAT says there is no COM port available

What is the big stupid thing I am doing in order to not be able to connect such a simple thing?
