      @Danal both the light on the switch board and the light next to the motor connections on the Duet. They both light up when pressed

      Danal yes it does light that light when you press the switch on all three switches

      Let me be even more specific. If I hold the switch and hit home it works as expected and when I release the switch it thinks that is home. What I am saying is that its that way if I have S1 or S0 it doesn't matter. The switch is always triggered unless pushed on both settings.

      Micro switches and they connected black, red , green(black) left to right

      No matter what setting I use 574 S0 or S1 the endstops read triggered yes if I push the micro switch then they say no but both settings do the exact same thing.
