Hello! Just got back from traveling. (Sorry got delayed for a few days.) I tried updating to 3.5.4 which seems to fix the issue. I'll keep doing some test. Thanks a lot for the help.

@jay_s_uk Thanks! I think the issue might start to occur shortly after I upgrade the firmware. I'm traveling and will update on this around Jan. 10.
