I purchased the DUET 3 Mini 5+ board from filafarm/ Berlin.
The board was in use for about a week. At the beginning, I did a few short prints with it for calibration, so nothing too long.
The day before yesterday I started a long print that went on for about five hours.
The print stopped after about 90 minutes. As an error message, the board shown via the DWC that it could no longer find the g-code.
After rebooting the board, I could no longer connect to it via network cable.
Had to restore the network settings via YAT.
The browser now showed the following error:
"Your Duet rejected the HTTP request: page not found. Check that the SD card is mounted and has the correct files in its /www folder ".
Using YAT I ran the command M21 to mount the SD card. This did not work.
"Error: M21 : Cannot initialize SD card 0: Card is unusuable "
I checked the SD card on my PC and it worked normally.
The last thing I did was to set up a new SD card according to the instructions from duet3d.dozuki.com and run it. Unfortunately was not successful. The same error messages appear.
What other steps can you recommend?
Btw, I was very satisfied with the board until this incident.
Thanks in advance.
