------ It's been a month and a half or so since I filled out that form that Dustin provided to me, and I still have not received an update on proceeding for a replacement Duet mainboard 6HC. The board had an improperly soldered ethernet port and is throwing the short to ground error.

Hi, I just made a warranty request thread and have been informed by a coworker that there is a 50/50 chance as to which supplier a board we purchased is from. (https://forum.duet3d.com/topic/18293/duet-3-mainboard-6hc-board-warranty-request/3?_=1598036987681)

We purchased two boards at the same time. One from Filastruder and one from Printed Solid. The board I am trying to send in for warranty has the serial # WD41582

Please advise me as to which reseller I should open a claim with.

Hi, I purchased a board from Printed Solid about a month ago and am just now getting around to installing it in my machine. I've noticed that the ethernet port does not look like it is soldered properly to the board. I have not plugged this board in nor have I tested if the ethernet jack works, but I would like a warranty replacement as the board is clearly not in proper operational status.
