    Hi, I just made a warranty request thread and have been informed by a coworker that there is a 50/50 chance as to which supplier a board we purchased is from. (https://forum.duet3d.com/topic/18293/duet-3-mainboard-6hc-board-warranty-request/3?_=1598036987681)

    We purchased two boards at the same time. One from Filastruder and one from Printed Solid. The board I am trying to send in for warranty has the serial # WD41582

    Please advise me as to which reseller I should open a claim with.

      Did you check the invoices or orders? It should be there.

          ------ It's been a month and a half or so since I filled out that form that Dustin provided to me, and I still have not received an update on proceeding for a replacement Duet mainboard 6HC. The board had an improperly soldered ethernet port and is throwing the short to ground error.
