I believe the wires on my hot end fan shorted (they're isolated now) and i got the error VIN under-voltage event 9.3v.
Ive used a battery to give power to the fan and it still works fine. Everything else still works the hot end and bed get hot, the hot end still moves around, just the fan doesn't turn on. Did I burn out something on my board and I need to get a new one or can I replace one of the fuses or something.

You can try reconfiguring your board to use the third fan output (Fan2) instead of the broken one.

@zapta Fan2 didn't work as well but I tried Fan3 on my duex5 and it worked thank you sir saved me from having to buy another board.
